True, I think the original definition of a "hostname" did specify that
hostnames should not contain underscores, but that doesn't mean that DNS
labels can't contain them.  Since the SRV record is not itself a hostname,
and legacy clients that might still have such limitations won't be looking
at them anyway, it's not a problem.
