 I'll have to get my word in here too.

 Galeon keeps adding loads of "I can't believe they thought of that"
things. Bookmarkets - applying Javascript to various pages (auto complete
registration forms, slow auto-scroll pages, etc). You can have "magic"
bookmarks, where if there is a %s in a bookmark URL, it gets translated to
a text input box. 

 It's a perfect example of compedition in free software...as soon as
someone gets a good idea, it's swiped. It's not quite as good as everyone
working for one project, but it does avoid core programmers vetoing ideas.

 Oh how I love having a "Text scale" widget to increase/decrease font
sizes on the fly. But, I do agree; it uses the same slow HTML renderer as
Mozilla, and it can't do Java for shite.
