[ILUG] Using different email addreses with Mutt

Like many of you, I do this and I have mutt configured to use different
addresses for different situations - mail to this list, the iiu list and
the LNX-BBC list should appear to be from niall at linux.ie. Mail for various
other projects gets appropriate addresses. However, if the various
send-hooks get no matches I use a default address. Is there anyway of being
asked what address I should use if there's no corresponding send-hook ?

A brief perusal of the manual shows the query_command variable which can
allow querying of an external database and which could be fudged to do what
I want, nearly - I'd still have to choose to change the From address whereas
what I'd like is for there to be a set of from addresses chosen by
send-hooks and if none of these is chosen, then automatically query me.
