Hence the qualification. The trouble is that manufacturers don't seem 
inclined to document caller-id support if it exists at all. Apparently, 
Pace made one which worked in the UK but they stopped doing modems 2
years ago. I was wondering if anyone had gotten a supported modem which 
supports caller-id in this country?
