I like Bluefish. It's merely an editor with highlighting, but it's got those
nifty buttons for quickly generating some of the more boring tags. I find it
useful for forms, anyway.
(I found the style of the old Netscrape Composer dreadful, so if you like that
sort of thing, ignore Bluefish ;)
