nah, seriously though, I must have a look at quanta... looks good for
HTML template generation.

Apparently they now have a policy of not removing projects, in general, to
avoid losing any code that might have been there which could be carried
on. fair enough for open source projects.  But really, if there's
something there that really shouldn't be (such as the pilot-xfer/pilotxfer
fiasco), there *needs* to be a way to delete it.
