I know our place is looking a pre-sales Technical consultant. Preferably
some-one with a good bit of GSM and SS7 experience. Our BDM was asking me
did I know anyone. He said someone with a good bit of experience who wanted
to get into a more business role. Send me yer CV and I'll pass it on.

Dave

Yup, it's a pain in the arse trying to find a decent computing job right
now,
particularly for those of us with less professional experience.

I've been doing a two pronged computing and mechanical engineering job
search,
but I haven't got much of either - lots of recruitment agencies wanting my
CV
"for their database", few actual companies. :-(

These days, new jobs that would have gone to relatively recent graduates
(like me) are now going to people with me+N years of experience, who are
willing to work for less than the previous job they've just lost (at least,
that's the impression I've got from chatting to other people at the few
interviews I've had + in the pub.) . In turn, of course, there's VBers
who've had even less luck than me...
