If you are using a subscription, you have to pay extra for 128KB access. 64KB
access is the only option on the pay-as-you-go accounts..

IOL do not support 128KB access for non-business users.

UTVInternet does 128KB access for no extra charge (apart from the extra phone
calls. of course).
