[ILUG] Mobile network configuration

don't know if you consider this to be wheel reinvention, but would it 
be worth just getting three sets of patches and running patch on the said
files (perhaps within a script, yes).

Otherwise the netconf(ig) command util.  I wonder does it take command line
attributes?
