press q, then press C-g.  kind of an emacs-ism.  mutt, lynx and emacs
use c-g to cancel commands.  anyway, at that point you'll be back at
the send pane and you can press p for the pgp menu, then f for forget
like you normally would.

kevin, who like most degenerate college students who didn't know any
       better used emacs.  lalalalalala...
