[ILUG] Lids + DHCP RH 7.1

Has anyone ever seen "no lids found" while trying to install something.
Liblids was installed fine but a couple of packages give this error when I
try to install them. I'm using Red Hat 7.1.
Also, does anyone know if you have to add anything into dhcp.conf, if you're
giving out IP's that are a different class to the server? Everything works
fine but sometimes leases will expire before the default lease period.
