[ILUG] run windows in a web browser...

it seems someone's gotten a hold of the next version of windows and
ported it to java or something.  you'll probably want to snarf it quick
since they'll no doubt get in trouble for it.  anyway it works pretty
much as expected.  i haven't really used windows except for 95 and nt4,
but i guess all one can expect is incremental improvements.
