What we're hearing from an on-site reporter is that there the Capitol
building itself is undamaged, but that people there heard a loud noise 
from somewhere in the area, upon which the building was evacuated.

Ah:  Car bomb near the State Department building (per CNN report).
That is in addition to the airplanes flown into the Pentagon
(northwest-facing wing, predominantly Army staff) and the two WTC
structures.

Normal occupancy of the World Trade Center during working hours (both
towers) was 50,000 people.  Both have now suffered what appears to be 
major structural collapse.
