Just reading PCPRO, and PCWORLD are running an advert featuring an SBC which
plugs into an ISA slot, but looks as if it will work on its own.
I'm going to give Blanch outlet a ring on this as this is the spec:
Socket 370
Sis 630E AGP graphics
2 DIMM Sockets
AC97 Codec on board
Built in 10/100 Ethernet, and 2 UDMA66 connectors
Mouse, Keyb, 2xUSB
And the price you may ask?
?129 inc VAT (This is in sterling!)
Guess my In car MP3 player just got that bit closer.
Phil

speaking of embedded devices, can anyone recc'd an embedded PC (or
other CPU) board? should be in the region of 4 or 5", by 3" by 1" big
(max). 16MB or so RAM, 8 to 32MB flash, at least 2 serial ports,
parallel port would be nice, serial console nearly required. needs to
be sturdy.
rugged and cheap..
anyone know of anything?
