Emergency landing, I guess, if this could not be addressed with first
aid supplies in the cockpit area.

(1) They might be obliged to un-block the cockpit door.  
(2) Better make sure they don't "run out" of fire extinguishers.  ;->
(3) An airplane with that bad a cockpit emergency probably has bigger
    problems.
