Dialup is supported with both Nokia (HSCSD) cards and 5110.
Actually gnokii is supposed to be (about to?) support the 7110 over
IR but I haven't tried it yet.

Dialup to e-merge works via 087620222. Note they only allowed
087 numbers, but this policy may have been changed?

I haven't tried any of this in a while.
