The problem is that it's web-based, and thus the 'sender' is me, irrespective
of what the entered email address is.

An example is a web-based discussion forum : users register, put in their
email address, and (for example) ask to be notified when someone replies to
one of their posts. Someone posts a reply on the board, and the system mails
them at their registered address to tell them.

If they screwed up the address, then the mail bounces, and the bounce winds
up in *my* mailbox, as admin.

So, I want to tweak the outgoing mails with a Magic Header that tells the
remote MTA 'If this cannot be delivered, don't waste your time and mine
by telling me about it'. In the normal course of events such behaviour
would probably be frowned upon, but in this case there's a good reason for
the request.
