If you ring the ISP of your choice and ask them for the dialup number they 
will tell you.  (don't tell them you're using linux, it will confuse them...)

If you were using a 1891 number in Dublin, the same number will work in Cork.
021 is a local call in Cork city, so it will be at local call rates - these 
are a little more costly than 1891 rates.

If you are changing to a different ISP, ask the new ISP for all their 
settings - DNS servers, mail (SMTP, POP/IMAP), news and web proxy if they 
have one.
