	The info you're looking for is probably available from the linux.ie
webpage

At the weekend you could use the 021 numbers (it'll cost the same as a local
call) but at other times it'll be expensive !!

There is a Beginners section, which has a link to all you need to know about
setting up your internet connection in Dublin (or anywhere else in the
country for that matter)
