[ILUG] .cif -> .iso ?

Hi all,

Probably a long shot, but I'm looking for a util to convert Adaptec Easy CD
.cif disk images to .iso images.  Googling has so far yielded nada, and my
back is to the wall to get the data from the image created by my predecessor.

It's not possible to use the Adaptec software to open it as we no longer have
a copy of the software, and time is short so I'd rather not have to go
looking for one (I live in Killarney, not exactly Silicon Valley ;)

Any ideas appreciated,
