[ILUG] Running command after login.

Can't quite see what you're trying to achieve here, but how about modifying
the shell startup scripts for all users? I think csh runs /etc/login.csh or
thereabouts when you use it as a login shell, and /etc/cshrc if you're just
running an ordinary shell. Check your csh manpage to be sure.
