I know a company in .de that uses the calendar function of outlook for their 
complete ressource management. Every meeting room and every company car has 
an exchange account and are booked by "scheduling a meeting" with them. If it 
was only for e-mail, I think people would have considered alternatives 
already, especially after the mayhem caused by "Iloveyou" and friends last 
year. Migrating such a system (especially as it works quite well for them)...
