[ILUG] [OT] mail headers: "from" vs. "from:"

Mornin all,
	can anyone tell me the difference between the 'From' and 'From:'
headers commonly seen in emails ?  I'm busily reading through RFC 2822
at the mo', but can only find reference to 'From:'.
