 I think it would be cool if when I plugged in my digital camera, nautilus
would pop up a window looking at the camera:// URL, without me having to
do *anything*.

 I tryed to use hotplug, but it's not happening. I wrote:

bartender [0]  cat /proc/sys/kernel/hotplug 
/bin/testhotplug
bartender [0]  cat /bin/testhotplug 
#!/bin/sh
logger -t "Fake hotplug : [$*]"
bartender [0] 

 To see is it every calling the hotplug program. And it doesn't. So, it
looks like hotplug ain't working at all!
