but only places in the uk or ireland are mentioned.  now that the euro is
here it should be *really* easy to determine if you're getting a good
deal in germany, france, etc.  unlike the uk (or the us) the prices
won't vary based on exchange rates.

the only problem (for me at least) is that i have no clue where to look
for good scan-like websites in those countries.  i know there's a language
issue, but german's not all that far off from english when it comes to
tech things.

so, anyone have tips here?
