Much discussion on this all over the web. Unless the guy has developed a
portable quantum wormhole, it's all guff. See the compression FAQ as to why.
Interestingly, there was a similar scheme with similar promises a few years
ago -
As for the press release it's interesting to note that it promises the
compression for "almost random" data. Obviously this suggests it's for a
defined value of like almost random. Such as an infinite string of 1s? :)
