No. If you post a message to a public mailing list, your email
address becomes public property; I could spend infinite time trying to
obscure the archives or whatever, but it's simply not worth it - all a
putative harvester would have to do is subscribe to the list for a
couple of days to get the email addresses *anyway*.
I'll put in reasonable measures to block spam at the server, but
you're on your own when dealing with spam to your own email address.
Email addresses are *meant* to be public; there is no suitable
"technical solution" to the problem of spam, our best hope is having
it dealt with at the legal/political level.
