The problem with that is that, how do I put it delicately, those of a lesser
cognitive ability, or those who lack experience may just hit the reply key,
thereby adding themselves to your spam-trap ...

The easiest way may be to look into using something like spam-assissin etc
on your incoming queues. Along with a good procmail filter, this is likely
to trap more than 90% of incoming spam.

The procmail / filter methods are safer for windows clients beyond your
server also, as you can easily filter out various types of attachments
(.jpg.exe, or .txt.vbs etc), and their attendant emails if you want to !
