[ILUG] Wget

The waitretry option uses a linear backoff, so for your 800 seconds it will 
retry after 1 sec, then 2 sec then 3 so this equaltes to the sumation of 1 to 
800 seconds which = 319600 seconds.

You should prob use the --wait option instead.
