A friend of ours is on the ADSL trial with the ethernet Alcatel box. 
 I've dug around the Net for a while, but haven't found anything that 
writes up what you'd do to use the box from a Linux host, instead of a 
Windows one.  I think I just need to put together a suitable 
/etc/ppp/pppoe.conf file, and play with adsl-start.  Has anyone got a 
currently-working setup (pppoe.conf or other bits) that I could copy? 
 And any warnings or suggestions? :)  I'll be happy to write the final 
instructions up into a page to go up on linux.ie.
