[ILUG] Subscription ISDN ISPs

As I've now become a somewhat heavy user of ISDN from my Linux box (in a
futile attempt to drag this OT) I want to take out a subscription to one of
the providers to whom you pay about 127 Euro (well, I think it used to be
100 quid) per year and for that you get to use a 1891 number which is about
50% of the cost of a local or 1890 call. Anyone care to comment on any of
the providers viz a viz reliability, ping times, INEX connectivity etc. etc.
- i.e. anything you can think of which should influence my purchasing
decision.
