[ILUG] Subscription ISDN ISPs

This reminds me...
I dial into Indigo over a modem on a 1891 number. From time to time (and I
believe it's at peak times) the connection goes dead for a minute or two and
I can't ping, nslookup or anything. After a minute or two everything's back
to normal.
Does anyone else experience this, and might it be that Indigo can't handle
the traffic?
