Hmmm, maybe your printer doesn't have a web interface... you could
try throwing an nmap at it, and see what ports are open?

Actually, what am I saying, in any case, it doesn't matter a damn...
'cos you can't change what queues are available from the web
interface... try going through the menu on the printer itself, and
look for the queues stuff (prolly somewhere under tcp/ip or the
like)

OK, another way that might work is:

smellyprinter:\
	:sd=/var/spool/lpd/smellyprinter:\
	:lf=/var/log/lpd-errs:\
	:if=/local/etc/psif-generic:

And then you should also have a file called

	/var/spool/lpd/smellyprinter/.periph

which contains the IP of the printer.

what type of printer is it again?  The above setup works out of the box
with a 4050... and a 4550 [instead of doing the raw queue stuff]
