[ILUG] Help with DVD I/O errors?

Yes, the disk does not need to be mounted. Just do File Open (NOT File Open 
Disc) and type in /dev/hdc or whatever the device name is. Works for me :)

Yeah, I think it tries to open /dev/dvd... do any distros actually 
create a /dev/dvd? Or configure devfs to create one?
