Are you sure the Cisco 800 series will be enough - the only router in that 
series with a serial interface is the 805 and I can't remember off hand if 
that router also supports ISDN.

I'd look at either a Cisco 1700 or 2600 series router if it was me - 
depending on the future requirements you might have.

I suppose as this is ILUG you could see if you can get a Frame Relay and 
ISDN card for Linux, install them both and configure a Linux appropriately, 
but realistically I think the best decision is Cisco kit.
