[ILUG] gpg set-up

Hi all,

I've just discovered the joys of gpg, and I'm impressed at how
nicely mutt handles it. There's some stuff I'd like to be able to
do that I don't know how yet.

1) I'd like to register my public key somewhere where others can
get it without me having to send it to them
2) I'd like to have mails automatically pgp signed on sending
3) I'd like to get a good long list of other people's public keys
so that if the need arose we could talk about overthrowing malign
eavesdropping governments and the like.

Anyone give me the Ladybird guide to doing all this, and have any
other tips on securising communications?
