[ILUG] putty + proxy goodness

There is another way, you can setup a local socks proxy
and then use a program called SocksCap to encapsulate
any traffic to and from any given application (such as putty)
and direct it though a socks proxy. Connect your
socks proxy to http proxy and away you go. Works a treat
for me.

Subject: [ILUG] putty + proxy goodness

Mornin' all,
I'm running one of the development snapshots of putty, and i just
noticed a very handy new feature: builtin proxy support. This means that
people like me can connect to external hosts using ssh via a http proxy.
Nitfy.
