Subject: [ILUG] Opposite of Cat >>
I have an install script which `cat >>`'s the following text into
~/.gnome/session-manual
99,RestartStyleHint=3
99,Priority=1
99,RestartCommand=killall ooqstart
100,RestartStyleHint=3
100,Priority=50
100,RestartCommand=ooqstart /usr/local/OpenOffice.org1.0
I need to write an unistall script that will remove that text from the
file bearing in mind there could be text before and after that block
that need to be left intact and that the numbers 99 and 100 could have
changed and that/usr/local/OpenOffice.org1.0 could have changed . So i
really need to remove the lines:
*,RestartStyleHint=3
*,Priority=1
*,RestartCommand=killall ooqstart
*,RestartStyleHint=3
*,Priority=50
*,RestartCommand=ooqstart *
Any ideas?
Or is there any way to add and remove startup programs in gnome from the
command line (fsking gooey baxsterds)
