hi all, Thanks for the quick responce, recompiling the kernel as we speak. Have another problem on my laptop if i shutdown the computer with the power cord still attached, it does not turn itself off,but if i unplug the power-cord it switches off itself. weird ... nils -- A Penguin a day keeps the fatal exceptions away!
