1. send mail to that address (if it's not important) to /dev/null,
   before you get overwhelmed

2. Send the headers to the list!

There's probably very little you could do, maybe if you've got a company
with a legal team, they might be able to threaten the right stuff in the
right direction...

Best you can do is search out the upstream providers for the mailing
service, and hassle them as much as you can.

[alternatively: just leave it for a few days, it'll die down... there's
 probably little chance of getting it sorted out :-( ]
