dont know. could you give output of 

	/proc/interrupts 
	lspci -vb | egrep '(^[0-9]|IRQ)'
	lspci -v | egrep '(^[0-9]|IRQ)'

with and without PnP OS enabled. (its an smp kernel, right?)
