so basically, your BIOS is routing all your PCI and AGP cards onto IRQ
10. and one of the drivers you have registered doesnt seem to be happy
when called for an interrupt that wasnt for it.
like dave said, try 2.4.19-pre. you could also try a BIOS update.
After that you need to take it to linux-kernel.
