Actually this kind of service is available to anyone through CFI (DellPlus)
within Dell. Though it's more likely they would ask for 30000 systems with
Linux (fav. dist.) preinstalled and configured to taste. There is a minimum
purchase requirement, however, and you will be charged a special fee for the
"non standard" service. If you want though you can have Dell put Broin OS on
a few thousand systems, just send in an image and a large Euro note...
