On http://www.linux.ie/community/mailinglists.php there is mention of
http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc1855.html which is a good start. However, it
being their is no guarantee that it'll work.
I think I have five people in my mail killfile from their posts to the
ILUG list alone. Have no compunction in adding more. It will reduce
long-term stress levels, and it's likely that if they have had nothing
useful to say so far, they won't have much to say in future.
