I don't think so. And it isn't bad cable, the network is fine under windows
and on the solaris box. And I've tried it on two physical connections. No, I
*think* I have identified the problem - it's the only thing I've found that
comes close anyway. The full duplex setting on the card may be set to "force
full duplex" which the driver doesn't like under Linux. I'm going to try and
set this - I'll let you's know in a few minutes.
