The 2nd latest Linux Journal (April 2002) has a fairly in depth look at
the state of play with linux and accelerated graphics cards. The article is 
not on their web site linuxjournal.com but the mag should still be in
easons.

Whats the support like for the ATI Fire GL4 graphics cards.
it will be used for maya 4.0.
problems/ if it hangs /3D support etc.
