 Come on...she said "ireland" in the generic sense. 

 There was a reason that she didn't say "I'm turning Lusk into the digital
hub of Europe". Lusk is only *technically* in ireland.

 I think at the time, she was concentrating on Ennis, and working from
there. Then one lightning strike took out all the ISDN cards in ennis one
day, and they learned their lesson.

 "Internet stuff is hard, how about we try pharmaceuticals ?"
