[ILUG] PPP problem with wvdial to Indigo

Can anyone help me with my ppp setup? Sorry for the long text.
I'm trying to connect my linux box to Internet with my external modem.

The environment is:
Redhat 7.3
wvdial v1.41
Indigo
Modem: US Robotics Sportster Flash 33.6

It connects to ISP but wvdial and ISP wouldn't talk each other. 
I set up options, wvdial.conf and resolv.conf making sure pap-secrets. When
I ran  wvdial Indigo, I got below result:

	--> Waiting for carrier.
	ATDT 1891110110
	CONNECT 33600/ARQ
	--> Carrier detected.  Waiting for prompt.

	--> Don't know what to do!  Starting pppd and hoping for the best.

I also checked wvdial website without any luck. Somebody also left this
problem in their website but no answer was given. I tried Indigo scripts on
linux.ie, which didn't work for me. I've spent around 10 days searching
linux faqs and internet, but no luck. It would be greatly appreciated if
anyone can shed a light on this.
