hasn't that been done?  i could have sworn there were a few but i only
can quickly find tkweb.  i thought there was one that started with "a."
but can't find it.

but yeah, i've used both tkweb and w3-mode, but they're kinda silly.
then again i last used w3-mode back in 1995 or 1996 so maybe it's much
better.  combined with something like webdav i could see it being a neat
way to edit html or even some cgi stuff.

obviously not as good as vi, yadda, yadda.  :)
