[ILUG] Backups

I love BRU, its not pretty but xbru ain't too bad.
I thought about many solutions and gave some a go, only to revert to using
tar. 

But then again there are only a couple of linux workstations and the same
for doze. [NFS & SAMBA -> to local tape drive]

What about DRtape solutions? Anyone experienced them?

amanda is cool. You can dump windows stuff on samba shares and let the
linux box handle the backups.
